Unfortunately, again, there does not appear to be a way to comment at the source article. Too bad.

The article says, “It will be a three-tiered system that punishes people based on the severity of their offenses.” “Punishes?!!” Wait, what? I think Nanny Big Government (NBG) needs to step up their lies and propaganda campaigns. People are too often starting to report actual facts.

The article also says, “they won’t automatically be removed from the list, they must petition the court and a judge will make the final decision.” Of course. That keeps NBG big and nanny. It keeps these people in their jobs. Makes them feel important. Makes them feel like they aren’t the worthless douche bags that they are. Gives them a feeling and illusion of being in control. They desperately need to feel like they are in control. Desperately!

F them and every anti-American that supports them.

I feel emailing these reporters and praising them for good articles, or pointing out the discrepancies of information they use, can always help.

Stay positive. Let’s hope Ca institutes parameters for granting or non granting. What if your offense or arrests was 25 years ago? Offense expunged? Summary probation? I know it’s hard, but remain positive. Things can happen! Thank God this websites exist!!’

Does anyone know of St Louis region attorneys doing this type of work helping offenders off the list? Or elsewhere in Missouri?

I petitioned the court. I was originally charged with sexual misconduct 1st degree, misdemeanor, SIS and probation. Completed probation. 566.090 was my offense code, the new law has the offense as 566.093. Therefore my offense is not listed on the Tier I offenses and the judge ruled I must now be placed in Tier III. How does that make any sense???
